Katja Malokhvei

Biography

Katja advises national and international clients in different sectors on topics related to data and privacy. She has experience in litigating before courts and in arbitration. Katja is described as proactive, pragmatic and business-minded.

Background

After completing her Master’s degrees in Corporate Law at VU Amsterdam and Management at Erasmus University, Katja started her traineeship in Arbitration at a renowned international law firm. After working on data and privacy related issues, she discovered a special interest in fast evolving technology laws, more specifically in combination with human rights. She decided to pursue her interest in this field by joining The Data Lawyers. Katja joined the firm in November 2024.
