Session on Data Breaches, Enforcement and Fines
Eliëtte Vaal is one of the speakers in a session on 15 June during the IAPP Data Protection Intensive: Nederland 2023. The session's will be on data breach law enforcement and on the latest developments regarding rules and policies on sanctions of the Dutch Data Protection Authority and how they interact with the EDPB guidelines. The session is to have a practical focus, which means that speakers will give practical tips and guidelines on notifications of data breaches. They will also shed light on the enforcement process at the Dutch Data Protection Authority as well as give an overview of the current EDPB regime on fines.
Joining Eliëtte in this session will be Eva Lammers, Senior Enforcement Advisor at the Dutch Data Protection Authority and Özer Zivali, Counsel and Lawyer Privacy, Data Protection at Van Doorne N.V.
