NVvIR meeting on IT contracts
Mariska Kool was chair of the day at the autumn meeting of the Netherlands Association for Information Technology and Law (NVvIR) on 11 October in Amsterdam.
The theme of the autumn meeting was on IT Contracts. Several members and experts in the field were invited to speak on a range of topics, such as the impact of caselaw on contract texts, contracting in multi vendor environments and contract reviewing by lawyerbot.
