Martijn Poulus invited to speak at the IT law conference of the University of Groningen on 12 April 2024.
On 12 April 2024, Martijn Poulus spoke about the new European Union (EU) consumer protection legislation at the yearly IT law conference of the University of Groningen (RUG).
More specifically, Martijn discussed the implications of new EU legislation that resulted in changes of several consumer protection directives. Previously, Martijn published on this topic in the Dutch journal on internet law (Tijdschrift voor Internetrecht).
