On 29 September 2023, Martijn Poulus was invited to speak on online marketing during a Q&A session with honours law students at Utrecht University.
More specifically, Martijn discussed the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive and its applicability to new forms of online advertising. The session was moderated by Dr. Bram Duivenvoorde, associate professor at Utrecht University.
