Course on CCTV under the GDPR
Eliëtte Vaal will provide a half day course at the Berghauser Pont Academy on GDPR & CCTV.
Eliette will discuss and explain the latest guidance of the European Data ProtectionBoard (EDPB) on the use of camera’s, jurisprudence relating to CCTV and the recent guidance of the Dutch Data Protection Authority. She will provide practical guidance on the implementation of a CCTV policy zooming in on the rules on camera’s in the workplace, the use of facial recognition, information obligations, retention guidelines and more. In the course Eliëtte will explain how to fill out a DPIA for CCTV, draft a privacy policy and negotiate your processor agreement.
